Filterclean Water Technologies Ltd offer 'turn key solutions' for GSHP installations; that is we undertake all the work needed to get the system up an running from the initial design to installation and commissioning ensuring you get the right system for your home or property.

A GSHP system could save you up to 75% on your heating bills and reduce your carbon consumption by 50%. Our systems use a proven design process and hardware that actually works. Systems are sized to cope with heating your property and your domestic hot water with no need for a top up device. All units have the option of a ‘soft start’ to prevent the dimming of lights on start up, optional reverse cycling to allow you to cool the property as well as heat it, and a  coefficient of performance (COP) of 4 at 45°C not the usual 35°C, meaning they are 400% efficient at 45°C.

Rainwater can be used for all 'grey' water applications i.e. toilet flushing, irrigation, vehicle washing, non hygienic cleaning, laundry (not commercial, schools, hospitals or care homes) some industrial processes and fire extinguishing equipment. If required we can treat the water to make it suitable for potable (drinking) water usage.
